If our application is approved as expected, qualifying contributions made after our incorporation may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We may accept appropriate in-kind donations that support our programs and mission, including new books, literacy materials, educational supplies, program materials, and other needed resources. Because our needs may change, please contact us before making an in-kind contribution so we can confirm whether the item can be used effectively.

    For tax purposes, donors are generally responsible for determining the value of donated property; Project Phos can acknowledge receipt of eligible in-kind gifts but should not assign a value to the donated property.

  • Yes. A gift to Project Phos can be a meaningful way to celebrate someone special, honor an important milestone, or remember the life and legacy of a loved one. When making your gift, simply indicate the person you would like to honor or remember. When requested and contact information is provided, we can also notify the individual or family that a gift was made in their honor or memory without disclosing the donation amount.
